A flagship harbourside development taken from concept to completion
Working as principal contractor on this prestigious project in Bristol, we were responsible for not only liaising with planning and building regulatory bodies, but to fit-out to a very high standard.
We recruited specialist contractors and project managed every element of the build, including: bespoke floor-to-ceiling doors, bar area, seating, drainage, building works, kitchen, and fully concealed ductwork for all mechanical and engineering services. Fully-retractable, full height doors were installed to evoke an al-fresco dining experience. We also developed a fine palette of colours and finishes that would achieve an ambient atmosphere that was in sympathy with the marina location.
