A build and a refit: two major projects,
one seamless process
This high profile RAF location is spread over two sites and the objective was to build a new Spar and coffee shop to replace the existing, tired facility. We developed the project on a shared-labour basis to accommodate a Costa deli, and delivered a brand new Spar that was a stone’s throw away from the old shop.
With the new complex in place, we then got to work on the old Spar building, transforming it into an attractive, comfortable site with welfare facilities (including kids’ clubs, and a community area) where families can spend quality time together.
